Current Students
Welcoming a diverse group of students, the Priddy Lab ensures students can follow their interests when working on projects. We collaborate with experts in the field of biomedical engineering across academia, industry, and clinical practice. In particular, we regularly work with veterinarians from MSU’s College of Veterinary Medicine. Our research focuses on two broad topics, bone healing and infection mitigation.

Senior Biomedical Engineering Student
Minor: Microbiology
Research Interests: Emma is currently working with Annemarie to develop a 3D-printed biodegradable bone scaffold for use on large bone defects.
Bailey Roux
Senior Biochemistry (Pre-Med) Student
Research Interests: Bailey is working with Luke to test chitosan hydrogel for the treatment of osteomyelitis.
Tanner Jones
Senior Biomedical Engineering Student
Minor: Electrical Engineering
Research Interests: Tanner is currently working alongside Halleigh and Dani in the MSU-Medtronic Use Conditions Program to develop a method for determining the impact energy of a spinal implant system.
Parker Odom
Senior Biomedical Engineering Student
Research Interests: Parker is currently working with Khaoula on biodegradable orthopedic implants using magnesium and possible alloys.
Khaoula Kamal
Junior Biomedical Engineering Student
Research Interests: Khaoula is currently working with Parker on biodegradable orthopedic implants using magnesium and possible alloys. She is also helping with future cell culture studies.
